We were able to bring on board Viktoria, a trained chef specializing in Asian fusion cuisine who trained under Steffen Henssler.
With great passion, a keen eye for detail, and a focus on seasonal ingredients, Viktoria has created a summery finger food menu for this event—light, aromatic, and full of surprises. During the live cooking demonstration, you can watch as fresh ingredients, precise technique, and creative ideas come together to create small, balanced dishes that pair perfectly with the wines we’ll be serving.
Nine courses will be served, each paired with the perfect wine. Everything will be presented in finger food portions in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.
