Music, film or poetry - accompanied by pastries, coffee or tea.
This is the idea behind the KulturBeutel event series, which takes place monthly at HausDrei and invites you to a relaxed get-together. We create space for cultural exchange, inspiring conversations and new perspectives.
In October, we will be showing the documentary "UN/SICHTBAR". A film that tells the story of people who do extraordinary things in the background of society - and yet are usually overlooked. These are often people of color who work in supposedly "invisible" working environments and receive little to no recognition for their work. "UN/SICHTBAR" is an intercultural film project that gives these people a voice and a face.
The participants document their everyday lives themselves over the course of four weeks - directly, personally and up close. The result is an unfiltered look at their stories, their struggles, their joy and their dignity. The focus is on appreciation, humanity and the diversity that characterizes our life together.
"UN/SICHTBAR" makes us realize that every person and every story is important - even if they often remain in the background.
Following the screening, Avraham Rosenblum, project manager of the Zinnschmelze, will be available for a discussion. The event is being held in cooperation with the Zinnschmelze.
The morning will be accompanied by a communal breakfast with bread rolls, cold cuts, spreads, coffee, tea, juice and pastries.
The event is free of charge. For the breakfast we ask for a self-determined amount between 3-7€.
