An activation process of the Kundalini energy, your own life energy.

It is an original and living energy that we always feel when we are not in our minds, e.g. when we laugh heartily, dance exuberantly, boil with anger, are in ecstasy or feel deep sadness.

During activation, your life energy starts to flow - you can have physical, emotional and spiritual experiences.

The Sound Experience is not about dance or performance - it's about feeling yourself from the inside out.

If you are looking for more power, more sound and more action than in a yoga studio, you can experience Kundalini Activation in a completely new way here - at Club Reineke Fuchs in Cologne on a large sound system that you not only hear, but feel throughout your body.

What happens during a session?

You lie on your mat, let the music work its magic on you and relax - you don't have a job to do.

Energy is vibration: during activation, your energy starts to flow and can move through your body in waves.

This can be perceived as twitching impulses - the energy and your emotions may want to find physical expression.

What does activation do for you?

Kundalini Activation Sessions offer you a safe space in which your emotions can find expression.

On your path, activation can help you to perceive your inner compass more clearly again and therefore act more clearly on the outside.

Preparation

- Come in comfortable and warm clothing so that you don't get cold when you lie down for an hour.

- Yoga mat (possibly a blanket if you get cold quickly).

- Bring enough water/tea with you.

- It is advisable not to eat anything two hours before (no alcohol 1-2 days before, no coffee directly before)

Children and people who take drugs or strong psychotropic medication are not advised to take part in a session.
