In the organizer's words:
Serving starts at 7 p.m.: Our new cocktail menu is here—and it’s hungry. Each drink is inspired by a dish. Food in a glass, so to speak. And today, to celebrate the launch: every drink is just €5.
*Limonada brasileña*—coconut milk, lime, sweetened condensed milk. A beach without sand. (non-alcoholic)
*Adult Limonada brasileña* – same as above, but with cachaça. For those who mean business.
*Ratatouille Sour* – eggplant, tomato shrub, zucchini syrup, aquafaba. A vegetable garden in a glass.
*Popcorn Bucket* – Brown butter vodka, corn juice, salted caramel, oat milk. Like the movies, but without the film.
*Bruschet-ini* – Bread vodka, tomato shrub, basil syrup, olives, mozzarella foam. The drinkable appetizer.
