Grandpa Friedrich had to leave the retirement home where he was temporarily housed because of rioting. Now he has no choice but to move back into his house, which is occupied by his son Fritz and his daughter-in-law Elfriede. Since grandpa supposedly has to be cared for all day, his son searches the Internet for an appropriate caregiver. By mistake, the request goes once to an approved care agency and once to a half-secret escort agency. It comes as it had to come.

First Tatjana appears, a young, sexy woman. Actually, she had thought of a different job than caring for an older man. But since she really wants to stay in Germany, she accepts the offer. Grandpa Friedrich and his son Fritz are very taken with her. But then, to everyone's surprise, Luise Schnell, a real nurse, appears, a dragon in person. She wants the job in any case and therefore does not hesitate to inform the boss of the escort agency Olga Sokolowa. Grandpa, on the other hand, wants to keep his sexy Tatjana and fights like a lion so that the whole thing finally ends like a thriller.
