• Classic: "Label Rouge" salmon tartare with saffron aioli and chives Vegetarian: Watermelon carpaccio with saffron aioli and chives

• Classic: Thai lemongrass soup with fried king prawns
  Vegetarian: Thai lemongrass soup with herb oil

• Classic: Pollo Fino with baked broccoli and sweet potato mash
  Vegetarian: Braised pointed cabbage with potato, meadow herbs and no-chicken-butter-chicken sauce

• Fudgiest of brownies with dark berries, fluffy mousse and salted caramel

(Note: In winter, we serve our winter alternative instead of Pollo Fino: braised ox cheek with roasted bimi, nut butter mashed potatoes & thyme jus)
