Max Goedecke live im Stereo Wonderland in Köln

Max Goedecke has become an integral part of the European cultural scene: From the 2023Songbird Festival in Davos, Switzerland, to the 2024Roma Buskers Festival in Rome—with several stops along the way at clubs in Berlin, Cologne, Bonn, and Hamburg, Max has already completed an extensive tour schedule for 2024 through 2026—all without a manager or connections. In the process, he’s earned his stripes and, above all, gained life experience as a street performer and traveler throughout Europe: what began as an experiment in London’s Covent Garden has taken him from the Alfama terraces in Lisbon all the way back to his songwriting roots in Santa Maria Di Castellabate in southern Italy.

Max Goedecke performs soft pop to folk rock songs from his albums “Broke But Happy (At Lake Success)” and “Newspeak,” as well as new singles, and enriches his set with classics by Leonard Cohen, Oasis, Bob Dylan, and the Beatles. He’ll be accompanied by Italian concert organist Andrea Rizzo and will invite musical colleagues and friends to join him on stage.

Doors open at 7 p.m., show starts at 8 p.m.
