Max Prosa – Flügel aus Beton
In the organizer's words:
"Wings of Concrete" is the title of Max Prosa's first collection of poetry, which was published in 2021 and sold out shortly thereafter. This led to disagreements with the publisher, so a new edition was never released, and the book was officially unavailable for many years. Meanwhile, prices on the black market rose. Now a special edition is being released, designed by Andrea Dilzer (Wildwuchs, Gedichtabo), which includes the first volume—comprising three acts—and expands it with two additional acts. The evening at the Kupfersaal is dedicated to this new publication, though there will, of course, be plenty of music as well. Traditionally, the Kupfersaal is where Max Prosa first presents the songs he wrote during his annual writing retreat in January. This time, too, alongside the familiar classics, there will surely be a stage premiere or two.
