Kind-hearted Bazil loses his job in a video store when he is accidentally injured by a bullet. On the streets of Paris, he meets former gangster Placard, who introduces him to seven eccentric dropouts from everyday life. Together, the bizarre group plans a dangerous coup against the arms company responsible for Bazil's injury and the death of his father.
