“Die Milde Sorte”is our traditional culinary event in collaboration with theHofköchen, featuring a four-course surprise menu at the Schlachthof. This marks the 191st edition! In addition to the four-course menu, our kitchen also selects the musical accompaniment, ensuring a unique, holistic dining experience. The price is €42.00 per person.
