Pauline Seuss, educational institute for inclusive diversity, political education officer
Whether in the family environment or at work, in friends' circles or on the way to the supermarket - we are constantly confronted with anti-feminist statements, sexist behavior or misogynistic attitudes and therefore have to behave in a way that is mostly determined by others. As a low-threshold workshop, the first step is to define the terms sexism, misogyny and antifeminism and to sensitize people to their own attitudes in a self-reflective way - because all people can behave in a sexist, misogynist and antifeminist way.
Based on this, various strategies of (self-)care, resistance strategies and self-assertion will be discussed and tested. We consider together: How can and would I like to act in certain situations? What is possible for me? How would I like to be helped? The aim is to gain more confidence and experience-based reinforcement within the group.
No prior theoretical knowledge is required.
