Nardos, an Azmari singer from Addis Ababa, has the dream of using her music to tell stories about the lives of ordinary people. In her search for stories for her songs, she meets Gennet, a poet who lives on the street with her children. As Nardos places the lives of Ethiopian women, their visions and strength at the center of her creations, we dive deeper and deeper into a rapidly changing country.
