A concert with composers from Düsseldorf
From 1981 to 1988, Düsseldorf hosted the NEUE TÖNE concert series for performances of new music in Düsseldorf. In October, this series will be revived in a unique concert by the THEATER DER KLÄNGE.
Experience an extraordinary evening with four Düsseldorf artists exploring the current possibilities of electronic music. From live coding performances to Mayan-inspired soundscapes and polyrhythmic experiments - these four works are united by their creative exploration of traditional musical structures.

Axel Ganz: For Peter Roehr (live coding performance)
Christian Banasik: IK - Expanded (flute and electronics)
Michio Woirgardt: Live Looping (analog-digital sound fusion)
J.U. Lensing: Gleichschritt-Abkehr(world premiere | electronics and tambour drum)
