Nikolas Geschwill (DE) - Gongs
The concert promises an avant-garde sound experience in which the powerful and deep vibrations of the gongs create a meditative yet intense atmosphere, contrasted by the percussive sound possibilities of the gongs. Geschwill is known for his experimental and impressive soundscapes, which take the audience on a special acoustic journey. www.nikolas-geschwill.de
Rainer Weber (DE) - clarinet, bass clarinet
Ulrich Raupach (DE) - drums, live electronics
Ulrich Raupach and Rainer Weber are shift workers - percussion, live electronics and clarinets are the tools of their trade, and their field of work is improvised music. The percussionist from Leipzig and the clarinettist from Bonn have been friends for many years, and not just musically. As a duo, they can best develop their shared sense of form in music, their layered work. Sometimes delicate, sometimes powerful, rhythmic, sometimes unpredictable but always passionate, they captivate the listener with their improvisations. www.improklarinette.de/schichtarbeitrw.htm
