Strong women ( stranded, meditating, sprouting, daredevil ) on old sledges ( nostalgic, sustainable, climate-neutral, whimsical ) seek dream destinations and the path to inner strength.
Obstallation is a term created by Kirches-Ban.de. It describes a juxtaposition between a work of art and a person in a concrete space.
Old sledges have recently been playing an increasingly important role in Kirches-Ban.de's fruit installations.
Joseph Beuys once introduced the sledge into art as an archaic means of locomotion and transportation.
Kirches-Ban.de is now combining the sledge with figurative sculpture made of baked earth for the first time.
The old sledge becomes a trendy, sustainable, climate-neutral means of achieving dream goals and finding the path to inner strength.
