Attention landlocked mice: There's another yoga special for surfers. In this vinyasa flow, we will focus particularly on the areas of the body that are stressed during surfing, build up the necessary strength and stability in the core and improve our overall flexibility with a special focus on opening the hips.
It doesn't matter whether you surf regularly or are just starting out, this flow will help you to paddle more smoothly, stand more securely on the waves and gain more focus and calmness on the water.
Suitable for all levels: You don't have to be a yogi or surfer to take part in this course. The flow is for anyone who wants to bring their body into balance and wants to find a balance to everyday life.
