The oceans are of immense importance for our planet. Why we need them to survive, how threatened they are and how quickly they can recover if we work together and take the right action - you can learn all about it at this afternoon celebrating the ocean and its beauty at the DAI Library.

Our program:

• 16:00 - 17:00
  Storytime and crafts for children (3 - 6 years)
  Marine art project for children (7 - 14 years)
• 17:00 - 18:00
  Interactive experiments & art station for children (6 - 14 years)
• 18:00 - 18:15
  DAI language school presents (all ages):
  Own Oceans Day video of the Creative Kids course
  Short impulse "Saving Our Oceans" of the Public Speaking course
• 18:15 - 18:45
  Quiz for children 12+ and adults
• 18:45 - 19:30
  Short presentation followed by a Q&A session with Flora Vincent, EMBL
