In the organizer's words:
Bob (DiCaprio), a washed-up revolutionary, ekes out an existence in a haze of drugs and constant paranoia. One of the few constants in his life far away from society is his spirited, independent daughter Willa (Infiniti). When his arch-enemy (Penn) suddenly reappears after 16 years and Willa disappears, the former activist desperately sets out to find her. Father and daughter must face the consequences of Bob's past actions.
