Come check out our free open-air event featuring music, various booths,

and activities for kids! For a diverse and united Dortmund!

We live in a time when racism and right-wing hate speech are
gaining momentum. People are being marginalized because of their background,
names, or their religion. At the same time,
rents and prices are rising, decent jobs and education are by no means
a given, and many young people are wondering what their
future will look like.

We refuse to let ourselves be pitted against one another.

Because our problems don’t stem from our
neighbors, coworkers, or classmates. No matter where we’re
or our families come from: there is more that unites us than divides us.

We want a Dortmund where everyone can lead a good life
. A city with affordable housing, good
education, and secure jobs. A city where no one
has to fear racism and exclusion—and where we
stand up for one another.

For us, solidarity means: When one of us is attacked,
we don’t look the other way. When people are pitted against one another,
, we stand together. And when we’re told that
change isn’t possible, we organize all the more.
Our open-air event is meant to be a place for exactly that: for connection instead of
exclusion, for culture instead of division, and for solidarity
with one another.

We want to celebrate together, discuss, meet new people,
, and show just how diverse our city is.
Let’s make our voices heard together—against racism and for solidarity.

For a Dortmund for everyone!
