This Open Lab evening will focus on the question of how algae can contribute to more sustainable agriculture. Can they improve soils, strengthen plants or enable new cycles? Current ideas will be explored together and exciting questions about the future will be addressed - in an understandable, curious and hands-on way.

- Prof. Dr. Jan-Hendrik Hehemann, Heisenberg Professor for Carbon Sequestration & Glycobiochemistry at the University of Bremen / MARUM - Center for Marine Environmental Sciences.
