With an introduction by Rüdiger Albrecht, musicologist and co-editor of the book "Tōru Takemitsu. Globalized Composing" about Toru Takemitsu (1930-1996), who is considered one of the most important Japanese composers of Western style and enjoys the highest reputation in his home country.
