Two qualities that go hand in hand in yoga as well as in everyday life.
In our joint partner yoga workshop, combined with elements from acro yoga, you can experience and try out these two sides in a playful way.
The basic idea of acro yoga combines three elements:
Yoga - breathing, body awareness and mindfulness
Acrobatics - strength, balance and coordination
Thai massage - relaxation and stretching
What to expect in this workshop with Christiane and Simone
After a short warm-up, we start with simple, playful partner exercises. At the beginning, the main focus is on building trust in the other person and developing a good feeling for moving together.
We start by exploring familiar asanas from classic yoga practice and then experience them in new variations as partner yoga.
The "flying" acro yoga elements are a special highlight. This requires a little courage, strength and balance, but above all the joy of trying things out and practicing together.
Who is this workshop suitable for?
For yoga students who enjoy playful elements, want to strengthen their confidence in their own body and enjoy practising in a communal atmosphere.
Strength, balance and body tension are trained along the way.
Prerequisites
The workshop is not aimed at absolute yoga beginners. You should have already attended a basic yoga course.
You can of course also register on your own. It is not necessary to bring a partner.
