PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL

For the past four years, the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL has brought together speakers from business, politics, society, start-ups and digital innovation fields to create new perspectives together. This year's festival will once again be a place of encounters, innovation and lasting impact.

Between 10:00 and 18:00, seven stages will host numerous high-caliber workshops, keynotes, fireside chats, panel talks and curated networking formats.

Under this year's motto "RESILIENCE READY!", the focus will be on the red-hot economic and socially relevant topics of the world of work, education and training that are currently of intense interest to company and HR managers, political decision-makers, employees, the self-employed, those interested in education, career starters and job seekers.

In addition to the program section, around 30 exhibitors will present their job and training vacancies and new job profiles to festival participants on site. Students, graduates, jobseekers and career changers will thus gain curated access to companies from the media, creative and digital industries in the capital region. Training and further education institutions will also present their career development offers. Various recruiting formats, coaching sessions and a networking lounge will be offered.
