In this workshop with a keynote speech by nutritionist and owner of the unpackaged store "Servus Resi", Chrissi Holzmann, we will find out what really matters when it comes to our diet and what we can put in our shopping cart with a clear conscience.
We will make homemade smoothies and energy bites together for refreshment.
