"FIDSCHI RAGE" searches for the sound of rage, for the "NOISE" in a body that is alienated and labeled by anti-Asian racism. In the setting of the livestream, the performer asks how one should integrate as a racialized person in a racist society - and in doing so embarks on a search for memories that have never been lived.
The evening is based on the assumption that if you say something often enough, it will eventually become true. Motifs of origin, heritage and growing up in relation to East German provinces touch on the monologue. **From Othering to Owning?** - From the cliché of the "good foreigner" to a self-determined identity that celebrates its contradictions. **KEEP ON PUNCHING**.
The performance will be followed by a discussion with the artists.
