The rediscovery of Rosa Luxemburg’s herbarium offers an unusual glimpse into her lifelong interest in plants and nature observation. As both a scientific collection and a personal archive, it highlights a cultural practice that has preserved and passed on knowledge about the plant world for centuries. Together with botanist Prof. Dr. Marcin Zych, participants will follow Rosa Luxemburg’s herbarium practices, from collecting and preparing plants to documenting plant specimens.
