Premiere: Konstantin Wecker Trio "Der Liebe zuliebe" (Harbour Front Literaturfestival)

Sometimes argumentative, sometimes contemplative, sometimes gentle - always passionate: this is how audiences know and love the poet and musician Konstantin Wecker. He is not only a gifted singer-songwriter, but also an important voice for an entire generation. An indomitable admonisher and fighter against war and fascism. With his songs and lyrics, he has stood up for justice and peace and a more mindful, loving coexistence for many decades. In his new book "Der Liebe zuliebe" (bene! / Droemer Knaur), Konstantin Wecker takes stock of his life.

I have written this book to invite all those who are struggling with similar problems and the question of the meaning of our existence to set out on the path to a more fulfilling life for themselves. Perhaps this book has also become a kind of first legacy in the advanced age of my earthly life ... I take a sober look at the reason for being and naturally have a desire and joy for new things and so much more. At the beginning, I gratefully wrote a letter to my long-deceased father."
