Pubquiz - Die audiovisuelle Rätselspaßerfahrung im Herzen Schwabings

Ever since that magical fall in 2015, a former clubhouse bartender named Andi has been hosting the Clubhouse Pub Quiz at irregular intervals—an audiovisual puzzle-solving experience in the heart of Schwabing—and that’s meant quite literally.

Via a PowerPoint presentation displayed on two video screens in the clubhouse, participants not only answer the usual text- and music-based questions typical of a pub quiz, but are also presented with a variety of images, graphics, and videos to puzzle over. The question repertoire is designed to minimize reliance on traditional school knowledge, instead primarily requiring applied knowledge in general culture, current events, music, and sports, as well as specific focus topics announced in advance. In addition, there are about ten estimation questions, for which only the team that gives the closest estimate receives points.

All in all, the pub quiz at the clubhouse is a bit like the clubhouse itself: rustic yet modern, funny yet tragic, open-hearted yet somehow a little offbeat. A little piece of home for nice people of all ages. Come see the special atmosphere for yourself and just drop by the next clubhouse pub quiz. Quizmaster Andi is looking forward to seeing you.
