Workshop for children and their caregivers

What does a clear "no" sound like? What does a real "stop" feel like? And what does it take to stay with yourself - with your whole body, with your voice, with joy?
In this Randale Zentrale, choir director, composer and voice artist Hannah Ewald invites children and their caregivers to a special workshop: We will explore how we can feel, protect and express our own boundaries - in a very playful, creative and full-bodied way.
Using exercises from voice work, resonance and movement, Hannah shows ways in which even young children can experience this: My no is effective. My body can take up space. I can stand up for myself loudly and clearly - but also quietly, gently and awake. Adults are cordially invited to experience, participate and feel.
Participants can expect a workshop full of surprises: We sound, stomp, laugh, hum, observe, balance - and learn how empowerment can sound and feel. Hannah will also bring along her self-composed "Stop" song - a powerful, playful song for children that shows how you can audibly and tangibly set boundaries.
No previous knowledge is necessary - just a desire to meet, move and be curious about yourself.
The "Randale Zentrale" is a series of workshops in which children can think critically and be politically active together with their caregivers.
