A collection of white spheres spins, hangs, rolls, flies, expands, collapses and floats in space like planetary systems. Sand trickles from unlikely sources, creating new landscapes on the ground and a golden haze in the air. Through it all, a body moves with restless purpose. It tries to find peace and balance in a space that never stops moving.
Space.Time is a performance at the intersection of contemporary circus/dance, installation art and electronic sound design that asks us if we can resist the rush of our ever-spinning globe.
ABOUT THE PERFORMERS
Tobias Piero Dohm and Fabian Laute work at the interface of contemporary juggling and dance, object installation and experimental live electronic music. Their artistic work combines a symbiotic interplay of movement, object manipulation, stage design and the soundscapes of modular synthesizers to create an atmospheric, visual and acoustic experience. Raum.Zeit is the third collaboration between the two performers following Kairo / Humoon and the collaboration in the piece Superorganism by the ensemble Critical-Mess.
