Three hours just for you: birdsong, rustling leaves and the whisper of a stream included.

Simply get out into the countryside and recharge your batteries: this nature experience will help you balance out your often busy everyday life and actively relax in nature. During our joint exploration tour, you will experience the relaxing and creative effects of the forest through guided awareness exercises. You will achieve a calm physical and mental state and immerse yourself in nature with all your senses. This is exactly what forest bathing, the Japanese Shinrin Yoku, is all about: experiencing the forest atmosphere with all your senses has a positive effect on your health and reduces the number of stress hormones in your body.

In the natural environment, you enter a pleasant state of relaxation and are active and creative at the same time. And don't worry: a "dip in the forest" is only figurative, you won't be jumping into the cool water. Nevertheless, you will experience pure refreshment.
