Regietheater – HELGA

The Ballad of a Woman Who Retired and Lived Another 25 Years.

Stages of Aging.Helga, an ordinary retiree, does what many retirees do: she travels, she exercises, she has to go to the doctor, she goes shopping, she gets older …
HELGA was created in 2011 at the Goldbekhaus with the “Herbst-Zeitlosen.” The production was very well received and was performed many times, including at festivals.

In 2026, HELGA will return to the stage in a new production—and for this, we are looking for eight actors and actresses with theater experience.
Please submit applications for the casting call along with a brief description of your theater experience.

To ensure a successful premiere week in September 2026, additional weekend rehearsals will be offered throughout the project (May 9 | May 30 | June 27 | August 29, 11 a.m.–6 p.m. each day).

Opening Week: September 20–27, 2026
During this time, the main rehearsal, dress rehearsal, and various public performances will take place.
