The Bavarian Palace Department's Munich Residence Week 2025
With this year's Residence Week, the Bavarian Palace Department is focusing on two outstanding rulers in Bavarian history: Bavaria's first king, Max I Joseph, and his son, Ludwig I, who ascended the throne exactly 200 years ago.
From 10 to 19 October 2025, visitors will have the opportunity to experience a varied program of guided tours, exhibitions, concerts and hands-on activities under the motto "Aiming high".
The program will take place at the Munich Residence and Schleißheim Palace.
