In the organizer's words:
RhineCleanUp 2026
Join us for the 9th annual Rhine Cleanup!
The RhineCleanUp will take place for the 9th time on September 12, 2026 —and we cordially invite you to join us for this major day of action. Together with the RhineCleanUp team, naturstrom climate ambassadorAnna Hiltrop, and you, we want to once again demonstrate how important it is to stand up for environmental protection and our rivers—and just how much we can achieve. To that end, we’re offering a full program at the 5th Anna & Friends event:
5th Anna & Friends Event
- GET-TOGETHER • PANEL DISCUSSION • CLEAN-UP • COMMUNAL MEAL
- Saturday, September 12, 2026, starting at 10 a.m.
- LARGO Medienhafen, Kesselstraße 5-7, 40221 Düsseldorf
We’ll kick off the day of action right on the Rhine—more specifically at LARGO in Düsseldorf’s Medienhafen—with a get-together and a panel discussion on sustainability. Inspired by sustainability, we’ll then all work together to care for, clean, and preserve our beautiful Rhine riverbank in Düsseldorf. To wrap things up and enjoy some well-deserved refreshments, delicious drinks and a shared meal await you. Free of charge, of course.
