When was the last time you really talked with a woman? Not about kids, not about work. About what truly moves you.
That’s exactly what Rise Sister Rise is for. A morning just for you. Just for all of you. We start with an impulse. A feeling. A topic that nobody else talks about. The guilt that lingers. The thought that you have to be strong for your husband. The anger that has no place anywhere else.
And then the space unfolds organically based on what’s needed in the moment. Sometimes this leads to a short “Inner Alignment” session, a moment of EFT tapping, or a meditation. There’s no rigid program.
No pressure. Just a vibrant, honest space—for women who are ready to be present. We meet once a month, on Saturdays at 10 a.m.
