Four Sakes. Three Styles. One Mystery Pour.
Daichi Imai from Japan Sake Imports will take you on a relaxed journey through the world of Japanese sake. Whether you’re trying sake for the first time or have already had some experience with it—this event is all about discovering, comparing, and enjoying.
After a brief introduction to the brewing process and different styles, you’ll taste three classic sake styles side by side and discover their differences in aroma and flavor.
To wrap things up, a fourth, unknown sake awaits you: the Mystery Pour. Can you figure out what’s in your glass?
