FromSeptember 7 to 13, 2026, theDAYS OF INDUSTRIAL CULTUREinvite visitors to discover the industrial history of Leipzig and the surrounding region. At the Museum of Printing Arts, industrial culture comes to life in a unique way: historic machines and workshops bring theintangible cultural heritage of printing techniquesto life.
On this short guided tour, “Swings and Twists,” discover the complex mechanical system of the guilloche machine as the gears quietly rattle and a pattern of intricate lines emerges on the paper.
