My work always follows the phenomenological approach with the life integration process. Here are a few initial words - everything else on site:

With the Life Integration Process (LIP), W. Nelles has described a new therapeutic perspective that combines numerous insights from psychology with the method of constellation work. Here we do not look to the past, but focus on our own attitude towards ourselves, anchored in the here and now with the deep involvement of body, mind and soul. In LIP, we come into deeper phenomenological contact with ourselves and can consciously explore the phenomenon: "I am alive and I know that I am alive". We grow out of ourselves. The child in the womb, which cannot distinguish itself from the mother, still lives in us just as much as our younger versions of the (later internalized) child, which holds itself securely through the feeling and unconditional belonging to the family, and the adolescent striving for its own independent life. When we take a closer look at our own history in a phenomenological way, space is created within us in which the adult self is given its place and its time. At the same time, we discover that we and everything else are embedded in the living and that it allows us to grow and flourish. Our mind, on the other hand, forms its own being for reasons of survival, which can only ever remain incomplete. All parts of our personality consist of attachments or identifications with the outside. What we supposedly need in order to live shapes our view of the world and unconsciously also our ego. Through thinking, we are and remain stuck in the youthful part. However, it is important to arrive fully in the adult self, in which we become aware of our parts, accept them and perhaps even learn to love them.
