Silent Friend - Spielfilm
In the organizer's words:
At the heart of*Silent Friend*is an old ginkgo tree in the Marburg Botanical Garden. Over the course of more than a century, it becomes a silent witness to three stories set in 1908, 1972, and 2020. Ildikó Enyedi weaves these narratives together into a poetic and sensitive film about perception, change, and the relationship between humans and nature.
With her subtle visual language and quiet humor, Enyedi explores the longing for connection, curiosity, and the attempts to draw closer to the world and all living things.
