Sing ein Lied in Deiner Stadt #9

Sing your favorite song live with our band at Import Export! For those new to the stage, there’s no audition and no preliminary selection—the first 16 people to sign up get to perform. It pays to be quick.

To sign up, simply email a basic cell phone recording of yourself singing to singeinliedindeinerstadt@email.de. The day before the concert, there will be a rehearsal with our vocal coach, Isabella Kaiser. All musical styles are welcome.

Entries from those with a more professional musical background or more stage experience will be placed on a waiting list to give less experienced singers priority. This isn’t a competition or a slam, and there’s no jury—just music.

Awarded the 2019 Munich Innovation Prize for Folk Culture.

Supported by the Department of Culture of the City of Munich.
