“Songs by the Fire”! Important Information About the Event

Doors open at 7:30 p.m., show starts at 8:00 p.m., free admission.

Welcome to “Songs by the Fire”! 🎤

We invite you to an evening of live acoustic music where everyone—whether new to the mic or a seasoned performer—can perform songs and more in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere.

The evening will be hosted by Miriam, Nektaría, Michi, and Tom. We’ll make sure the evening is lively and full of variety!

We’ll handle the planning and scheduling of the session. Anyone who wants to take the stage can sign up on the spot that evening—based on the principle: first come, first served! Advance registration or reservations for sets or seats are not possible. Just come, sign up, and get started.

Here are the rules:

The evening begins with an opening set by the “house band,” and after that, anyone—whether a solo artist or a group—can perform.

15 minutes of stage time per act, including setup time—unless the line gets as long as the one at the supermarket right before closing time. Then we’ll cut it down to 10 minutes so everyone gets a chance.

Our sound engineer will be on hand to make sure you’re neither left in the dark nor unheard.

What can you do here? Anything acoustic! Whether it’s music, poetry, rap, a reading, or a cappella—there are no limits to your creativity. 🎸📖🎤

Instruments are also available: We have an acoustic guitar, an acoustic bass, an electric piano, and a cajón.

Important rule: Keep it at a comfortable volume!
Imagine you’re in a cozy living room and your neighbors are sleeping next door. They mustn’t wake up! Our tech whiz will make sure everyone can still hear you clearly.

So, bring your talents and come on by—we’re looking forward to seeing you!
