"Worms" tour part II

Like no other German band, Erregung Öffentlicher Erregung manage to transform complex contemporary themes and social absurdities into biting miniatures - as they do on their latest album "Speisekammer des Weltendes". With a bag of chips in hand, they astutely observe the end of the world and charmingly serve up their observations in culinary metaphors. The lyrics and sound move playfully between post-punk, kraut and NDW - sometimes light, sometimes dark, always intelligent and intense.

On their "Worms" tour part II, we bite into beautiful red apples again with EÖE and are guaranteed to come across a worm. Who swallows whom in the end remains to be seen.
