SONIRI
PICK OF THE DAY
You cannot miss this event.
In the organizer's words:
Soniri is a modern quartet that weaves lyrical melodies and bandleader Nadina Podinska’s poetry into a dynamic and intimate jazz sound.
Combining both jazz and Latvian folk music with the storytelling nature of Nadina’s poems, Soniri defies easy categorization.
In their live performances, they are known for experimenting, improvising on the spot with a true spirit of improvisation.
Their debut album, “Songs about You,” takes you through all the seasons of life—the story unfolds and flows from loving in silence to suffering in stillness.
