The Schöneberg District Center is asking the question: "How are you doing in the neighbourhood? Together with the regional coordinator Johanna-John Akcinar, we cordially invite you to "Talk & Listen". As the name suggests, you have the opportunity to talk about yourself and listen to others - without judgment, with respect. It will not be about having the same opinion, but about hearing another perspective from the neighborhood.

In the simplest sense, it is a chance encounter in the neighborhood, asking the question "how are you doing in the neighborhood".

The evening will be accompanied by Kathrin & Fritz, who will introduce you to the approach of talking & listening.

What you can expect...

• Childcare with baking
• Other people who, just like you, dare to talk about themselves and meet new people
• Exciting insights into the neighborhood, unfiltered and up close

About the discussion rounds...

• In small groups of 4 people talk about one question.
• Each person speaks for the same length of time: 4 minutes.
• They speak one after the other, without interruptions or questions in between.
• The same 4 people speak three times each, i.e. there are 3 rounds of discussion.
• The question "How are you doing in the neighborhood" is discussed every 3 rounds
