SENDI HOXHA

Sendi Hoxha, born and raised in Germany to Albanian immigrant parents, discovered her love for music in kindergarten, taking piano lessons alongside her siblings. Inspired by Hip-Hop in elementary school, she began writing lyrics and later found her passion for songwriting with the acoustic guitar. At 13, she started producing music in her parents’ basement, and by 14, she earned a scholarship for singing and production lessons under Siggy Has Ardeur.

In 2013, she shared demos on SoundCloud, and in 2015, her song Battlefield earned her a Top 10 spot at the Eurovision Song Contest Club Concert in Hamburg. Her music explores themes of mental health, love, and identity.

She pursued music production at the Popakademie Mannheim in 2017, where she was the only female producer in her class. During the pandemic, she collaborated with EDM producers on toplines but has since returned to her roots. In 2022, she launched VLCNO, releasing three singles under We Are Diamond in the chill house and deep house genres.

DREYA

DREYA, a 23-year-old artist and songwriter from Germany, is steadily building her presence in the music industry with her heartfelt, raw approach to music. Born and raised in a small town, she now resides in Frankfurt but draws significant influence from her Romanian heritage.

Music became a part of her life at an early age; she began playing the piano at just six years old, and by the age of 12, she was teaching herself how to sing. Her songwriting journey started at 16, taking inspiration from Amy Winehouse’s poetic lyricism and storytelling.

DREYA’s music is a modern take on classic 2010s pop. She draws inspiration from artists like P!nk, OneRepublic, and Katy Perry for her sound. This era of pop, with its emphasis on classic hooks and memorable melodies, has played a pivotal role in her creative direction.
