Wertraum urban district laboratory - experience upcycling creatively!
What do our clothes have to do with the climate? And how can old fabrics be turned into something completely new?
In the three-part workshop series "Stadtteillabor Wertraum", you will learn how our consumption is linked to global environmental problems - and what you can change yourself. In the first two dates, we combine exciting insights into textile production and its impact on the climate with practical upcycling techniques: repairing, designing, rethinking.
You don't need any previous knowledge - just a desire to get creative!
We will finish with a walk through the city, where we will get to know places and people who live upcycling in Berlin in a variety of ways.

Date 1 (September 2): Environmental knowledge & creative upcycling
Date 2 (September 9): Environmental knowledge & creative upcycling (continued)
Date 3 (September 16): Neighborhood walk to upcycling pioneers

Both workshops take place at the KREATIVHAUS district center, where the walk also starts.
