Feature film - CH, D 2025 - 99' - OmeU
Director: Stefan Haupt
On a train journey through Switzerland, American James Larkin White is mistaken for Anatol Stiller, a sculptor who disappeared seven years earlier and is wanted for his involvement in a dubious political affair. In order to convict him, Stiller's wife Julika is asked to identify her husband, but she is unable to do so conclusively. And the American himself repeatedly asserts: "I am not Stiller." Film adaptation of Max Frisch's global bestseller, starring Albrecht Schuch and Paula Beer.
All about the power of images in film, pop culture, art and society. At FILM FESTIVAL COLOGNE from October 9-16, 2025 and always online.
