The viewpoints of women from a country that no longer exists, captured on low-band U-matic cassettes: Women workers from the former large-scale industrial enterprises of the GDR talk about their independence through work and about the former utopias that no longer exist today. More than 30 years later, Gerd Kroske has retrieved the material from the archive and found the workers from back then.
