Move, breathe, recharge your batteries - in the open air, in the middle of the city. Sunday Flow is a dynamic yoga class for anyone who wants to start the weekend with energy. An invigorating flow awaits you on our spacious wooden platform under the sheltered ELEMENT Outdoor tent - with music, clear instruction and plenty of space to breathe deeply.
ELEMENT Outdoor is not a park, not a wasteland - but a very special retreat in the middle of the city, lovingly landscaped, with urban charm and a surprising amount of peace and quiet.
Price information:
The trial lesson - for those who have never been with us before - costs €9.90, the regular drop-in price is €15.
