Taly Journo und Team: aufruhr der stille

What happens when your own body breaks the silence about the sexualized violence you experienced as a child? With the performance "aufruhr der stille" , Taly takes the step of bringing this experience, which is difficult to convey, to the stage. The audience accompanies Taly into the black box of violence, shame and silence that many affected people carry within them their entire lives.

The play is an impulse to bring the topic out of speechlessness and to make personal and the inextricably interwoven social contexts visible and discussable.

"aufruhr der stille" is based on years of research and a personal story. The piece is a map of diverse experiences from and with dealing with sexual abuse in childhood; an intense collage that tells both of real experienced violence and of self-empowerment, courage and determination.

The performances will be accompanied by an awareness team.

An audience discussion will take place after the performance on October 18.
